5.1 Minimum Deposit

10. Account Suspension & Closure

uSpin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (b) a Player has violated these Terms; (c) a regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction requires it; or (d) the Operator determines, in its sole discretion, that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

10.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon request, any available Real Money Balance (net of unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds not subject to a completed wagering requirement are forfeited on account closure.
